I was wondering it the Everyman ebooks are easily printable.

Well, it's not easy and won't look very attractive. The chapter text files are printable from ChessBase, and a quick ctrl c + ctrl v copies any game's content to the clipboard and thus to Word, although there it would need reformatting.

Remember, these ebooks are for your own personal use and you are not allowed to distribute the content.
